Call Center Agent / Customer Service Representative

We are seeking experienced operators with immediate start, for home-based tasks (telemarketing, telesales, phone researches, data arrangement campaigns, customer service).

Expectations: Intermediate or higher qualification degree, computer user knowledge.

Supervisor

At least 2 years of professional experience in the supervision field, with immediate start.

Tasks: Project supervising, reporting, coaching, controlling work phases, preparing working hours. Expectation: College or University degree, Internet usage, high-level knowledge of MS Word, Power Point and Excel.
